   it depends that in which country u want to play, if its in india, Example for DDCA(delhi state) all u need to have is political links to get u in the squard even if cant hold the bat properly or cant swing u’r arm to bowl,
   in other countries u need to start playing for some clubs that r affiliated to the local/state cricket association, and if u perform good at club level u can make it to the state team
