West Indies in the past , India had a team of all rounders, when they won the WC, and Australia. Currently, it’s got to be South Africa, on top and then NZ

Naming them is impossible
Three countries are the possibility: Australia, England and the West Indies.
In the late 70 and mid 80′s, WI had:
Clive Loyd, Viv Richards, Lary Gomes,Rphan Kanhai(Batting all rounder), Hunte (another batting all rounder), and a few more, whose name I could not recollect.
