How Relevant Is The Moral Ethics In Business And In Politics In Todays Context?

November 23rd, 2009 by i may help | Filed under Politics.

We always find people talking about ethics in business,in profession, in politics ,in day to day life, but how important is it to implement.? or it is just another jargon? to woo the people by people.?
Does it have anything to with moral values.,? who will decide what is morality-an individual who is a politician,? or a page 3 personality? or a person other than above?
Do we have to re-define the morality?
Being humble and respecting moral heritage is becoming increasingly difficult,??Maintaining humility at the cost of individual health(pressure of moral duty)??

I view ethics as being legal, truthful, honest…
Moral is subjective. I don’t think we can legislate morality. HOWEVER, our Representatives in government should be held to a higher standard of morality.

  2. wingends says:

Morality is what the majority of people can turn a blind eye to when they hear about the rich and powerful doing it. It’s mostly used in deciding what should and should not be publicized.

Today we do have a great need of ethics in and our so called politics where corruption is spreading like anything.half of our people dont even know what ethics actually mean.
Its not only required in business and politics but in our personal life too.how many of us really follow ethisc while making any decision? We all have become selfish and personal goals matter more than ethics….
