start with colors you like.
ex: reds,oranges,yellows,royal purple and blues.
then start to find a location but keep a couple
places in mind.

    It really depends on where you are going to do it. Go with a color scheme that has very bright indian colors such as orange, parrot green, yellow… You could also hang chunnis to make them look like curtains. Saris are really good decorators for pillows, drapes, etc. You should have some really good Bollywood music, also. Make sure the music is something that is enjoyable, and don’t make it too Western or too Indian. Try songs from Bunti aur Bubli, KANK, and Janne tu ya Jaane na. Good luck!

    you can hang dupattas , sarees or colourful skirts on the walls along with some movie posters etc.
    use bright jataak colours and glitter
