    Actually speaking no legalities are required to start a carwash in India.some other basic requirements are
    1) enough space with proper drainage facilites.
    2)proper electricity connection with proper load.
    3)proper parking facilites.
    you have to keep in mind that you dont spill oil or any other pollution should be avoided.
