There is retirement compulsary in goverment and non-goverment firm except in politics.In all India retirement age is 58-60 years.Why?Why they say not to work after 60 years.If goverment think after 60 years human body and mind can’t works properly then this condition why not applicable for politicians?In our country we respect our senior citizen.We always ask them there experience.But it dosent mean that we want all senior citizen in politions.
Today days are on very fast track.Where fast action is needed.For that we dosen’t need only experience person but also we need a person who take a fast decision and apply that instantly.
It dosen’t mean we have to throw senior politions in a dusbin.We need them but only as a advioser.
So think about it and let me know your reaction.If you a possitive thinker then suggest me and others ( Including Indian pollitical infrastructure ) ,how we help us to do this.
