Be sure to leave Bangalore early in the morning. That way you avoid traffic in Yeshwanthpur and Peenya. The roads are good. except that you dont want to take Shiradi Ghat. You will not have people overtaking you on both sides on the highway as somebody else suggested. That happens only in the cities. While you will not find highway bandits, I would not recommend that you travel late in the night.

I’m looking to travel from mumabi to bangalore. which do u think is the best way to go about it. train, bus or air? (i’ll be heading to whitefield in bangalore, for a 8 day educational trip, so minimal baggage) I’m actually looking to compare cost v/s time v/s comfort. any suggestions? oh and any places work visiting once i’m there? :)
