I’ve never been in one but I am told they are well maintained.But they don’t always follow exact timings.There might vary by 10-15 minutes(not more than that).It won’t make much of a difference if you’re working but if you happen to be a student,a delay of 10-15 minutes can make you late for a class.So watch out for that.
Another problem would be connectivity of the MMTS stops with main roads.It isn’t a problem in stations like Koti,Lakdi-ka-pool,Khairtabad,Secunderab… and Nampally(where the station is right beside the main road) but in stations like Hi-tech City,Lingampally and Hafeezpet,the station is usually a short distance away from the main road(The Hi-tech City station has shared autos which run till Hitech City or JNTU).
