My q is about the fielding standards of today. These two teams are supposed to be the best in fielding, but the lapses today were quite alarming and unbelievable. SA were too charitable in their efforts and that helped Australia reach that total. Then the home team decided to reciprocate the gesture and did it in style, and these lapses cost them the match and the psychological advantage.
What could be the reasons? Is it pressure?, tired legs?, or pure incompetence?
