to get a uae employment visa u will first need to find yrself a job. the employer (sponsor) will apply for yr visa and when it is approved send it to u or have it waiting for u in the airport. after u arrive in uae u will undergo medical tests, be required to provide whatever identity and academic evidence is required and yr sponsor will complete the visa process upon which the residence visa will be stamped in yr passport and a labour card issued . depending on yr salary level u would then be able to apply yourself for spouse and/or children to join u. hope this helps a bit good luck.
