Can Someone Suggest Some Good Educational Opportunities For Me To Complete During My Visit In India?

I am looking for a 6-8 month course to do in India which I can use in the US. I was looking into some science tech courses however most training is not recognized by US certification boards. Is computer training my only option which I can take back with me to US?
I am in India for 6-8 months and want to do some training which will be beneficial for me once I return to US, any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
